What data do we receive?
Depending on the form, this may include:

- your phone number, optionally;
- the selected session, preference and requested schedule;
- the optional practical details you provide.
Your name and email address are required so we can respond to your request. A phone number, preferred schedule and practical details are optional. Without a name and email address, we cannot respond to your request.
Do not share sensitive health information
The forms are intended for a brief initial question or arranging an appointment. Only share practical information about scheduling or availability. Do not share health data such as symptoms, diagnoses or medication, or a citizen service number, copies of identity documents or other sensitive personal data. Do not use the forms for emergencies or medical assistance.
What do we use your data for?
- to answer your question;
- to arrange a requested session or appointment;
- to administer the contact or appointment.
We process this data because you have asked us to contact you or take steps towards a possible appointment. If an appointment results, we process the data necessary to provide and administer it and to meet legal obligations.
Your form data is not added to a newsletter and is not sold.
Which services process data?
The forms are submitted through Formspree. Formspree processes the submission to deliver the message and may store its content and technical data such as IP address, browser type, time and referring page. Formspree states that data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Read more in Formspree's privacy policy.
The Google Ads tag loads on every page. After a successful form submission, we send a conversion event containing only the conversion ID and label; the completed form fields are not sent. Google may process technical browser and device data. This privacy statement does not constitute consent to advertising cookies. Read more in Google's privacy policy.
Netlify hosts the website and may process technical request and log data during website visits. See Netlify's privacy policy.
A Hipsy event is embedded on the homepage. Hipsy may process technical data when it loads. See Hipsy's privacy statement.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your message and technical data in accordance with its privacy policy. Calling the phone number above is an alternative.
How long do we retain data?
We do not retain data longer than reasonably necessary to handle your question, manage any resulting appointment or administration and meet any legal obligations.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the processing, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, object to processing and withdraw previously given consent. To do so, contact us by phone at +31 6 28887589 or via WhatsApp. Some data may need to be retained for longer due to a legal obligation. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
